Children’s Arts & Crafts
Each session will have an age appropriate craft and painting station. Materials are provided at class.  Each session will vary from watercolors, tempera, acrylics, wood, clay, and plaster crafts, etc.  The goal at the end of each session is for every child to feel successful! DANCE CLASSES

Line Dancing
Looking for a fun, interesting, and inexpensive way to exercise?  Line Dancing is the answer.  Participants will learn a new dance style and dance to all types of music; Rhythm & Blues, Soul, Hip Hop, and Latin.  Learn dances like the “Electric Slide”, “Bus Stop”, and the “Zydeco Slide”.  Learn dances to songs like; “I heard it through the Grapevine” by Marvin Gaye, “I like the way you move” by Outkast, and “Supernatural” by Satana.  Come join the fun!!!

Regular Jazzercise
Come join the # 1 aerobics class in your local near-to-home facility.

COST: $29 per month, $80 for 8 weeks, $8 walk-in. $25 joining fee applies

Jr. Jazzercise
This class is called, “Parents Night Out”.  The class starts with 6 routines, they have a break with a healthy snack, an activity sheet and/or a craft, and then they play games.  The kids love taking a trip to the Treasure Chest.  Both girls and boys attend and love it.
DAY:    First Friday of each month
TIME: 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
COST: $10.00 per student per class

Personal Touch will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.  Sessions will be added as the need arises.  The class size is limited and is first come first serve.  Your name can be put on a list for the next class session.

MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES

Taekwondo
KARATE/TAEKWONDO

SELF-DEFENSE
These classes are designed for those who want to learn self-protection without going through the traditional martial arts training.  Training includes hardcore open hand defense against violent attack including knife and gun. We also, in detail, discuss awareness/avoidance and the criminal mindset. Taught by 4th Degree Black Belt Steve Vitamanti.  Mr. Vit began his training in the 70’s while a counselor at Orange County Juvenile Hall and has trained and certified in several self-defense systems.
