MOVIES IN THE GYM

THESE CREATIVE WORKSHOPS ARE DESIGNED FOR EVERYONE, ADULT AND OR MATURE TEEN.
Creative Workshops- Tie dye (everyone)
One day workshop
Geared for all ages. Learn how to tie-dye T-shirt. You will be using the same professional fiber reactive dyes I use in my own tie-dye online store. Many colors available to use several popular tying methods demonstrated. No pressure, a purely fun class with wonderful results. Cost of class is $25.00 bring a friend or child, and you each get the class for $20.00 each. One basic T-shirt is included in the class. If time permits, you may tie additional shirts form the cost of the shirt, which will be available for purchase.

Creative Workshops-Introduction to Silver Jewelry!
One day workshop
Geared for adults and mature teens. This is an introductory workshop to familiarize you with silver clay. With silver clay, you can create pure silver heirloom quality works of jewelry art with no prior experience needed. Silver clay is 99.9% pure silver. It takes around 4 hours and you walk out of my workshop with up to four pieces of pure silver jewelry and a great sense of accomplishment! There will be a one hour break for lunch. Cost includes materials $40.00

Creative Workshop - Sun Printing
Two day workshop
Geared for adults and mature teens. First I will demonstrate the two processes: Cyanotype which makes an image of a blue print with the use of the sun, and the Heliographic (Sun) Printing which is a different technique that has more colors to choose from. Then I will walk you through printing your own projects. I will be teaching 2 methods and you will be given the opportunity of doing a project from each method. This is a no pressure, pure fun class with wonderful results. Class includes fabric, T-shirt, and supplies for printing. This is a wonderful way of making unique fabric for quilting on and special gifts. Cost of class is $45.00

The Ramona - Country Wood Carvers will be holding classes every Saturday morning from 8:30am-12:30pm. Classes will be held at the Valle Vista Community Center.

Kinder Gym
This class is for three, four, and five year olds. It teaches children the beginning fundamentals of gymnastics. They will learn coordination and build strength and flexibility. Yoga
Join a fast growing trend! Taught by long time valley instructor Sue Bouk. This class is the perfect break from your busy day and a great way to exercise with low impact. The class will feature over 1 hour of stretching and strengthening using classic yoga techniques. This class is designed for intermediate students. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your towel or mat. Please register and pay at class. There will be no classes in August. Classes will resume September 13.

Strength Balance & Flexibility
This exercise program from the Riversides County’s Office on Aging is focused on safety and effectiveness. Specifically designed to increase strength for better joint support, restore balance & flexibility. Most exercises are done sitting in chairs. A certified instructor teaches this ongoing class. A perfect balance, thirty (30) minutes of cardiovascular endurance (aerobics) fueled by motivational music. Thirty minutes of specific muscular conditioning to sculpt and tone the body. While emphasis is on the basis all fitness levels will benefit. Hand held weights & exercise balls are provided.

Arts of Self Defense
Valley-Wide offers these popular self-defense classes for all ages from 5 up in the American-Polynesian martial art Limalama. Great for men, women, boys and girls, beautiful to watch with Polynesian hand and foot movements that are powerful, flowing, and fast. Learn technique, speed, flexibility, balance, power, timing, coordination, courage and self-discipline. This art will change the way you see yourself and others and help you in everyday life. The Country Club at Soboba Springs Summer Junior Golf Program
Beginners: Class is designed for kids with little or no experience.
Students will cover full swing, putting, and chipping fundamentals culminating in four holes of Over the six week golf in the final session. Students will be trained by PGA Professionals and Apprentices.
Moms: Participate rather than watch. During beginner sessions instruction is also available for moms. Instruction will be geared towards the fundamentals of the game similar to what your children will be learning. Same pricing applies of $20.00 per session and $100.00 for all six sessions, no age limit.
