BECOME A CARD DEALER!

Black Jack- Pai Gow Poker- Mini Baccarat-3-Card Poker
If you decide to commit yourself to this program, please come in with the intent to learn, listen, and follow procedure.  The casino business is very competitive, exciting, and very repetitious.  Casinos are expanding daily, and the turn over rate can be high.  Joining this class will give you the knowledge you need to join the casino industry.

Giving you the knowledge is the easy part, YOU must be open to receive it, and use it. When you join you will go through a 6-week training course that starts with 3-Card Poker, Pai Gow Poker, Mini Baccarat, and finally Black Jack.  You will learn game protection, you will learn procedure, and most of all you learn to do it again and again and again, until it becomes autonomic.  However if you do not practice at least 2 hours a day outside of class, then you might be wasting your own time.  As I said before, dealing is very repetitious, and the only way to become proficient at it, is to practice. Speed will come in time, however game protection and procedure are the most important. You will learn four games that just about every casino has.  You will learn Black Jack from a shoe, and handheld.  You will learn to cut cheques, pitch cards, and walk your game.
You will learn the chain of command, from dealer all the way up to Casino Manager.  We will teach you how a pit is run, what a roadmap is? What a rubber band is?  What a push means?
If you join we will do all we can to provide you with the skills necessary to achieve your goal of becoming a dealer.  For more information call 951-654-1505
